MOBILE INVENTORY
Our mobile apps on phones or data collection terminals (DCT) are of course able to read various serial numbers of various equipment. Practice has shown that effective formalization is based on the use of inventory numbers - special marking of equipment within the Customer's infrastructure. The main requirements for inventory numbers are ease of application, durability and ease of reading by mobile devices.

We are able to work with NFC and RFID tags, various graphic codes, BUT the usual barcode sticker on synthetic media deservedly took the peak of EFFICIENCY! The initial inventory upon receipt of the equipment to the warehouse with the reading of the serial number, confirmation of the location, sticking on the inventory number and two photos - takes less than 120 seconds!
UP-TO-DATE INVENTORY IS THE KEY TO EFFICIENCY
EQUIPMENT TRACKING
The regulations of employees make it mandatory to check the equipment when performing operations with it. As a rule, the check consists in scanning the inventory number and two photos. Sometimes the check is more complicated, sometimes it is easier. For example, the PCI-DSS standard requires periodic inspection of payment equipment and fixing the fact of its presence at a given location in good condition. So, a standard checkin with two photos takes less than 30 seconds. This is standard tracking, for example, for an employee of a recycling company - a photo BEFORE and AFTER using a hammer…
TRACKING IN EMPLOYEE REGULATIONS IS THE BASIS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND UPDATING OF EQUIPMENT PLACEMENT
